Lumière 15% Vitamin C Serum
Our bestselling brightening serum pairs 15% stabilised vitamin C (3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid) with ferulic acid and vitamin E for a lightweight, non-sticky serum that fades the look of dark spots and restores glow without the tingle of traditional L-ascorbic acid. Every vitamin C I've tried made my cheeks red. This one doesn't, and after about three weeks my dark spots from old breakouts are clearly lighter. The airless bottle is a nice touch.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
US standard shipping is free on orders over $60; below that it costs $5.95 and arrives in 3–5 business days. US express shipping costs $12 and arrives in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET Monday to Friday ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, the UAE and Australia for a flat $15, with delivery in 6–10 business days. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. We don't currently ship to other countries.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date. On your first order, our "Love it or return it" promise means you can return anything within 30 days, even if it has been opened or used. On later orders, items must be unopened. US returns include a free prepaid label; international customers pay return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
I have sensitive skin. Will your products suit me?
Every skincare formula is dermatologist tested, including on sensitive skin, and all five of our skincare products are fragrance-free. We still recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner arm or behind the ear once a day for 48 hours before using it on your face, and introduce one new product at a time.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
None of our products contain retinol or prescription retinoids. Midnight Renewal Bakuchiol Serum uses bakuchiol, a plant-derived retinol alternative, and Ambre Nuit Eau de Parfum contains essential oils. Because every pregnancy is different, please check the full ingredient list with your doctor or midwife before using any skincare during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of them. We use no animal-derived ingredients (no beeswax, carmine or lanolin), our brushes use synthetic bristles, and we never test on animals at any stage. We don't sell in markets where animal testing is required by law.
Which products are fragrance-free?
Lumière 15% Vitamin C Serum, Dew Drench Hyaluronic Serum, Soft Reset Cleansing Bar, Cloud Barrier Cream, Midnight Renewal Bakuchiol Serum, Rose Quartz Eyeshadow Palette, Soft Focus Setting Powder and The Glow Ritual Set are all fragrance-free. Cashmere Body Oil comes in an Unscented version. Petal Tint Lip Balm has a light natural vanilla flavour, and Ambre Nuit is a fragrance.
How long do products last once opened?
Unopened products last 30 months from manufacture. After opening, look for the open-jar symbol: Lumière Vitamin C Serum and Midnight Renewal Serum are best within 6 months; Dew Drench Serum, Soft Reset Cleansing Bar, Cloud Barrier Cream, Petal Tint and Cashmere Body Oil within 12 months; the eyeshadow palette and setting powder within 24 months; and Ambre Nuit within 36 months. Store away from direct sunlight.
How do I find my shade?
Soft Focus Setting Powder comes in Translucent, Light, Medium and Deep; Translucent suits most fair to medium skin tones and Deep has no white cast on rich skin tones. Book a free virtual skin consultation and an esthetician will match you live. If a shade isn't right, we'll exchange it for free within 30 days, even if opened.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Afterpay you can split any order over $35 into 4 interest-free payments every two weeks. All prices are in US dollars.
