How to use

Morning: apply 3–4 drops of vitamin C serum, then Cloud Barrier Cream, and finish with SPF. Use the roller or gua sha from the centre of the face outwards for 2–3 minutes to massage in your cream. Keep the stones in the fridge for an extra cooling, de-puffing effect.

US shipping

Free US standard shipping on orders over $60; below that it costs $5.95 and arrives in 3–5 business days. US express costs $12 and arrives in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET Monday to Friday ship the same day. At $115, this product ships free in the US on its own.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, the UAE and Australia for a flat $15, with delivery in 6–10 business days. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on delivery.

Returns

30-day returns from the delivery date. On your first order, our "Love it or return it" promise means you can return anything within 30 days, even if it has been opened or used; on later orders, items must be unopened. US returns include a free prepaid label; international customers pay return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
